A World of Flavors for Valentine's at Resorts World Manila's Maxims Hotel

Ready for some Bibingka Love? How about an elegant five-course Dinner Romance degustacion? Or Dine Under the Stars maybe? Or why not some Love & Roll?  


At Resorts World Manila's Maxims Hotel, you can choose from a wide array of special Valentine's feasts from one of their six signature restaurants... 


Feast on Victoria Harbour Cafe's Harbour Love Set by Chef Charlie Simangan, a combination platter for two which includes winter melon with seafood and bean curd, curry crispy fried fish fillet, Chinese style beef steak, wok-fried noodles with shrimp and a special heart-shaped pudding, available on February 14, 2015, all for only P 1,376++ for two.   


Craving for Japanese? Then it's the Set for Love from Maxims Hotel's Ginzadon, with a choice of Salmon Princess (P 1,500++) or the Steak and Prawn King (P 2,500++) by Chef Antonio Ablay.   Available from February 13 to 15, 2015. Craving for some sushi? Then it's definitely Love & Roll, with Hake No Toro Maki (P 700+), Salmon Belly Roll or the Maguro Tatake Maki (P 600++), Seared Tuna Deep-Fried Roll, available throughout the month of February.


Dine Under The Stars at The Terrace with Executive Chef Gregorio Nuguid's delectable dishes, like the Pistachio Crusted Rack of Lamb. An al fresco dinner at the hotel's romantic poolside cabanas with bottomless red, white, and sparkling wines, plus a long-stemmed rose and a box of chocolates, all for only P 3,660++ per person. The limited offering is available only from February 13 to 14, 2015. 


Chef de Cuisine Angelo "Chubby" Timban prepares a special buffet spread, Eat, Drink, Love, at Mercado, featuring the freshest seafood, sumptuous carvings, and an array of international dishes, all for P 1,288+ from February 13 to 15, 2015.  


For one of the best fine dining experiences in the metro, Impressions is the place. And this Valentine's, Executive Chef Cyrille Soenen has a special five course degustacion menu, Dinner Romance, that allows you to discover a whole range of flavors in each elegantly plated dish. Enjoy fine dining at its finest this Valentine's at Impressions from February 13 to 15, 2015 for P 3,500 net per person. For dessert, indulge in some of the most unique and creative Valentine's themed creations like the Bibingka Love (P 135 Small/P 380 Large), a strawberry flavored rice cake,  or the decadent and sinful Cake of Affection (P 1,800) by Pastry Chef Michael Lopez of Cafe Maxims. The elegantly layered milk chocolate mousse over vanilla sponge, sprayed with cacao butter, laced with pink Italian butter cream, and topped with white chocolate hearts and fresh red currant simply melts in your mouth. But you better hurry. These dessert creations are available only until February 15.
