An offshoot of the recent Madrid Fusion, an annual food festival celebrating the shared history and cuisine of the Philippines and Spain, the Secret Kitchens of Samar Kulinarya Tour focuses on traditional and regional flavors weaving its own tasty notes in the colorful and flavorful fabric of Philippine cuisine.
