Rent a boat and go island hopping, with a stop at Crocodile Island for snorkeling, and maybe find Nemo or even Dory. Then go further along the coast to Baling Hai Beach Resort for lunch at a secluded beach. Located at the northern end of the island, many say Baling Hai preserved the best of what Boracay used to be, tranquil and serene, without the hordes of tourists.
Down at the beach, lunch is served, with Baling Hai's signature seafood dishes including Prawns cooked in crab fat, Grilled Tanigue, Inihaw na Liempo, and Grilled Stuffed Squid (more on Baling Hai Beach Resort's signature dishes on a post on my other food blog, A Seafood feast at a Secluded Beach). After lunch, you pretty much have the beach all to yourself.

And just when you're finally feeling the island vibe flowing through your system, it's time to go back home to reality. At Caticlan Airport, the SkyJet BAe-146 was ready for boarding...
