Weekend Vibes: A Staycation with a Glamping Spin at F1 Hotel Manila

F1 Hotel Manila's F All-Day Dining Restaurant offers hearty and unique flavors with its Filipino-Mexican Fusion Buffet every Friday to Sunday for lunch and dinner for only P 1,699 net per person. The lavish buffet spread features comforting favorites including nachos, tacos, and chicharon as well as playfully inventive fusion dishes like the Mexican Fried Rice, Chicken Adobo Enchiladas, Fil-Mex Pork Stew, Lemongrass Pork Belly with Chili Rice and Beef Taco Sinigang. The creative fusion of flavors work perfectly combining the distinct flavors of Filipino and Mexican cuisine in a seamless blend. Hats off to Executive Chef Angelo "Chubby" Timban for creating exciting new flavors with his innovative Filipino-Mexican Fusion Buffet at F All-Day Dining Restaurant.

Guests and diners can also enjoy F All-Day Dining Restaurant's extensive buffet selections, including the day's catch at the Fresh Seafood Station, crisp garden greens at the Salad Station, sushi and sashimi at the Japanese Station, noodles at the Chinese Station and savory prime roasted meats at the Carving Station. Don't forget to save room for dessert.  

After dessert and a refreshing cup of coffee, a short walk at F1 Hotel Manila's pool deck revealed preparations for the evening's festivities...

...with outdoor tables elegantly set-up for dinner. Dining al fresco adds a whole new spin to the weekend staycation. It's "glamping" at F1 Hotel Manila.

Low tables, pillows and lamps decorated with flowers give the pool deck a cool Bohemian vibe that's just perfect for summer. Relaxed, casual and laid back, it's just the way summer should be. 

The decorative ornaments, from white linens to ornate lamps, flowers and dreamcatchers, all sway with the cool summer breeze. Dressed up to the nines, the pool deck is transformed for summer.

That evening, Executive Chef Angelo "Chubby" Timban prepared a lavish outdoor barbecue feast with Baby Back Ribs served with roasted vegetables...

...and tasty starters including fresh oysters on the half-shell...

...and Oyster Kilpatrick topped with bacon.

And the grills were fired up all night long with fork-tender and fall-off-the-bone pork ribs, grilled tuna kebabs, chicken barbecue and sausages for an elegant yet casual summer feast at the pool deck. Diners can enjoy Tapas and Cheese or Tapas and Cold Cuts for only P 388 net per platter every Friday from 8:00 pm to 12:00 am at the Canary Bar and enjoy the cool outdoor vibe. Pair your platter with the 1+1 Bottle of Wine of Gran Caserio from Chile for only P 1,800 net. Or go for tipple with the refreshing Scotch Ginger for only P 350 net per glass.
