But there's one more surprise. At the in-suite kitchen, a note from Executive Chef Gerwin Bailon promised a sumptuous breakfast early the next day, prepared by him, in my suite. But there were more tasty treats prepared during my stay...

That day, we sampled the new Lunch Menu at 22 Prime, the flagship restaurant at Discovery Suites. The new Lunch Menu offers a wide array of curated dishes developed by Executive Chef Gerwin Bailon adding his own spin to the traditional western lunch specials with that "distinctly 22 Prime" touch...

...starting with the Oyster Rockefeller with plump oysters baked with spinach, Parmesan and garlic herb crust...

...followed by the refreshing Yellow Fin Tuna Poke with sustanable line caught certified tuna laid on edamame, garden-fresh mesclun greens, and sesame seeds draped in a light yet creamy and flavorful togarashi aioli...

...and two savory mains like the Blackened Salmon Tacos, Chef Gerwin Bailon's inventive modern take on the classic fish tacos...

Known for their premium steaks, 22 Prime is a dining destination in itself consistently in the Miele Guide and Philippine Tatler list of best restaurants. The new Lunch Menu is a welcome addition to the menu for even more options. 

After a satisfying lunch, enjoy a cup of coffee or tea in your suite. And take a short nap.
