#WeAreAllChampions: AirAsia Remains The World's Best Low-Cost Airline For The Tenth Consecutive Year

Recognized as the World's Best Low-Cost Airline once is a feat in itself. But to be selected as the world's best for ten straight consecutive years by Skytrax is one for the books...

Airsia, the world's favorite airline, adds yet another historic milestone to an impressive and long list of achievements with its recent recognition as the World's Best Low-Cost Airline for the tenth year by Skytrax. And that's no small feat. With continuous innovations to enhance the passenger experience, it's no wonder AirAsia is top-of-mind allowing many to pursue their dream of chasing wonders. Let AirAsia, the World's Best Low-Cost Airline, take you there...

AirAsia's story is an inspiring one, and it continues to lead the way with innovations in passenger innovations further solidifying its position as your favorite airline. With AirAsia, the journey is just as memorable as the destination. AirAsia's founder and visionary Group CEO Tony Fernandes is hands-on in maintaining a promise he made back in 2001, that "now everyone can fly." It's been a long way since taking over a fleet of two aircraft, and now AirAsia is the largest airline customer for the Airbus single-aisle product line. But despite its meteoric rise as one of the world's favorite airlines, service with a distinct regional ASEAN touch sets it apart from the usual airline. It's this personal connection that makes AirAsia special, from ticketing all the way to your arrival at your chosen destination. And that's why AirAsia continues to be the World's Best Low-Cost Airline for ten straight years.

And what better way to celebrate this historic milestone than welcoming 2015 Miss Universe Pia Wurtzbach aboard AirAsia? Chasing wonders, after all, has always been part of AirAsia's dynamic brand character.

This historic feat in commercial aviation is celebrated in a grand gala night at the luxurious Midori Hotel and Casino in Clark, Pampanga as AirAsia Philippines CEO Captain Dexter Comendador...

...and AirAsia Philippines Chair Marianne Hontiveros welcomed guests and valuable trade partners to the momentous celebration. It was an evening of dazzling sights, sounds and sumptuous food and cocktails. And with ten straight years as the World's Best Low-Cost Airline under its belt, AirAsia knows how to celebrate.

That evening, AirAsia recognized the contributions of its trade partners, tour agencies and travel agents in bagging the much coveted World's Best Low-Cost Airline for the tenth straight year. Beauty queen Megan Young graced the stage adding both elegance and flair to the celebrations...

...followed by inspired performances by AirAsia's very own All-Stars. No other FA's can sing better than AirAsia's own All-Star team.

The soulful performances of AirAsia's talented singers were followed by the energetic and heart-thumping numbers of AirAsia's All-Stars...

...ripping up the stage with their flamboyant moves. There's a vibrant energy in the air, the same kind of enthusiasm that fuels AirAsia in its day-to-day operations on the ground and in the air. It's an infectious kind of energy that sums up the youthful vibe of AirAsia.

The evening's festivities were capped by singer Kyla, the undiputed queen of Philippine R & B.

Kyla belts it out to culminate the celebrations on a high note, a fitting ending to another historic milestone at AirAsia. A grand celebration, AirAsia gears up for another year of excellence. Going for the eleventh straight begins right now for AirAsia.

While this recent achievement is undeniably a strong testimony to the airline's efficient and strategic management, it's a victory that AirAsia shares with its trade partners and global passengers. With AirAsia, we are all champions.

Don't stop chasing wonders. Just let AirAsia, the World's Best Low-Cost Airline for ten straight years, take you there...
